Description

The Course is designed to provide an introduction to and profile of the engineering and maintenance divisions of an airline. The course includes a description of the typical airline's organisational structure of engineering and maintenence, and its intergration within the airline in terms of a systems approach to technical operations. It willl also describe how this engineering and maintence stucture must meet the regulatory requirements of an Airlines Operating Certificate (AOC). The management of techonological advancements in aviation and the effect on an airline will also be covered including the intergration and sharing of data with manufactures and regulatory bodies.
