Plan Structure

For a major in Psychology, successful completion of 60 Units of Credit (UoC) of the following courses is required to satisfy the accreditation requirements of the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council. Students undertaking a major in Psychology are permitted to take 60 UoC outside the Faculty

Core courses - 12 UoC
Stage 2

Core course - 6 UoC:
Elective courses - 12 UoC (minimum) from:
Stage 3

Core course - 6 UoC:
Elective courses - 12 UoC (minimum) from at least two of the following three elective groups:

Advanced Perceptual/Cognitive
Advanced Biological
Advanced Social
