MATH1041 - this is normally the compulsory course for our Program but as it is also one of the choices for the Commerce Program we have been advised by the Science Student Office that they should do one other first year Maths (ie MATH1031). This exceeds the 36UOC limit of Year 1 Science courses and students normally need to apply through the Science Student Office for permission to count more than 36UOC of Level 1 Science courses.

Within the first 2 sessions of full-time study (or within the first 48 units of credit of courses completed) all students in the combined degree must complete:
at least 12 units of credit of courses from Commerce and
at least 12 units of credit of courses from Science.

Within the first 4 sessions of full time-study (or within the first 96 units of credit of courses completed) all students in the combined degree must complete:
at least 36 units of credit of courses from Commerce (including core courses listed above) and
at least 36 units of credit of courses from Science (Food Science & Nutrition major).
