Description

This course examines the legal and regulatory environment for banking and finance in Australia. The emphasis is on how law and regulation are shaping contemporary commercial practices in the sector. Topics include the banker-customer relationship, commercial lending, consumer banking, electronic banking, and market-based finance and shadow banking.
