Description

An introduction to the design and construction of industrial buildings with particular emphasis on the design, construction and maintenance of steel structures. This course also provides an overview of infrastructure construction, such as highways, bridges, tunnels and airports. The processes and challenges involved in developing sustainable infrastructure in ways that do not not diminish the social, economic and ecological processes are also discussed.
