Description

Commercial Finance LAWS3024 is an Undergraduate Elective which introduces students to the financing of transactions entered into by businesses in Australia.

As a 6 unit elective, Commercial Finance aims to provide an introduction to some principal areas of commercial law of general relevance to legal practice and of particular relevance to those interested in finance.
