Description

Nutrition is relevant to everybody, every day. What you eat and drink and why are questions you may not have contemplated in any depth, but nutrition is key to both your physical and mental health. In exploring the mechanisms and determinants of nutrition behaviours, this course offers an opportunity to understand how your body processes macronutrients and micronutrients and to analyse your own diet.
