Description
This course aims to introduce students to the fundamentals of research development and implementation in the construction management and property discipline, and enable students to gain exposure to research implementation processes. Students will engage with the types of research approaches, designs, methods and data collection processes; the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data; the presentation of research findings; and the writing of a thesis report.
