Description

This course provides an undergraduate level introduction to property development process. Decisions relating to property development can be influenced by multiple factors including: the end user, the property developer, the community, the designer, the builder, land supply, tenure, local planning, political and economic issues. This course aims to provide insight into how these forces impact on the overall property development process. Many of the courses included in the overall Bachelor of Construction Management and Property develop aspects of the property development process. This course is intended to cover the entire process of property development in the specific context of medium and large scale projects.
