Description

The thesis project takes the form of a minor research investigation, a feasibility study or design or a comprehensive literature review and analysis. A staff member is nominated as a supervisor to provide guidance and general supervision. Project management techniques are adopted and assessed in the implementation of the project. A series of briefings will be used to expose the students to basic research strategies and techniques. Satisfactory completion of the Practical Experience Requirement, viz. rule 6 of the Rules governing the award of the degree of Bachelor of Engineering is a prerequisite for passing the course.
