Description

Traces the use of the criminal justice system to control Indigenous people from the period of colonial dispossession to contemporary times. We will hear from Indigenous voices about Indigenous experiences of crime and criminal justice, analyse emerging trends in Indigenous justice, and explore Indigenous aspirations towards self determination and reconciliation.
