Description

This course prepares the students for a professional life in which they will inevitably discuss issues relating to the economics of built facilities. The course discusses three key aspects: the economics of building designs, project feasibility appraisals and the economics of the construction and property industry. The skills and expertise acquired in this course are vitally important for working in the construction and property industry with the capacity of a project manager, construction manager, quantity surveyor, property manager or facilities manager.
