Description

This course discusses strategic, tactical and operational decision and business management issues and the information systems and applications that underpin them. Consideration is given to both quantitative and qualitative management techniques, including the practical application of tools and concepts for business systems portfolio management. In addition, techniques are covered for strategic planning of information systems and evaluating their business contribution and overall quality.
