Description

An overview of the profession and an introduction to the legal system. The client architect agreement. Types of building contracts and methods of building procurement. Aspects of the law of contract, torts, agency, trade practices, property and agency. Contract documentation and specification writing techniques. Estimating, feasibilities, cost planning, scheduling, bill of quantities and budgeting.
