Plan Outline

This is a cross-disciplinary program run by the School of Education and Department of Linguistics. Students are required to complete three courses plus a 30,000 word thesis.

Plan Structure

In addition to a thesis, students are required to complete three courses as follows: one compulsory course on research methods, plus two electives (one from Linguistics and one from Education).

EDST5101 Introduction to Design and Analysis
or
EDST5120 Qualitative Research Methodology

Elective Courses in Linguistics

Elective Courses in Education

Students may choose any one of the Master of Education courses offered in the School of Education.
