Program Description

This is a Graduate Certificate in Science and Technology program, with emphasis on Spatial Information.

Note: A candidate enrolled in the Graduate Certificate in Spatial Information who has not taken out their award and whose entry to the Graduate Diploma or Masters program has been approved, may carry completed units of credit from the Graduate Certificate program into the Graduate Diploma or Masters Program.

Program Structure

Candidates are required to complete a program totalling 24 UOC comprising 12 UOC from List 1 and an additional 12 UOC of electives selected from List 1 and/or List 2. The program will normally comprise one session of full-time study or one year of part-time study. Courses may be delivered in normal semester mode or as short courses. List 1 courses not offered in a particular year may be substituted by an approved equivalent course. Elective courses other than those listed below may be taken with the approval of the Program Authority.
