Stream Outline

The Master of Architecture program provides professional education in the practice and theory of architecture. It is a two year full time program. It is designed to deliver an architectural education appropriate to contemporary multidisciplinary professional practice. The Master of Architecture degree encourages students to extend and use fundamental skills developed in their undergraduate studies to explore broader socio-cultural and specific technical challenges, including in an area of specialisation.

The High Performance Technology Stream is a specialised stream focusing on the design of buildings with an emphasis on technological challenges including construction systems and methods, integrated solutions to servicing buildings and precincts for low carbon futures embedded in the design process.

NOTE: Students commencing in Semester 2 would follow the sequence outlined above entering
Semester 1/Year 2 in their second semester of study. The final semester of study would be the courses from Semester 1/Year 1
