Stream Outline
This stream aims to develop effective agents of change. You and your course colleagues will learn how to influence organisational change, both through your own actions and those of others. The stream provides the theoretical foundation for understanding organisational change and the practical skills to facilitate the development and implementation of change statistics successfully.
Stream Structure
Master of Business Administration (Change) students must complete:
- 6 core courses
- 5 specialisation courses
- 1 capstone course
Choose 6 courses from the following core courses:
- MBAX9100 Introduction to Management (6 UOC)
- MBAX9114 Principles of Marketing (6 UOC)
- MBAX9120 Accounting: A User Perspective (6 UOC)
- MBAX9122 Business Economics (6 UOC)
- MBAX9123 Fundamentals Corporate Finance (6 UOC)
- MBAX9125 Fundamentals of People Mgmt (6 UOC)
- MBAX9128 Quantitative Methods (6 UOC)
- MBAX9131 Leadership in a Complex Enviro (6 UOC)
