Plan Outline

In order to complete a major sequence in Comparative Law a student will be required to have followed a program of study structured to develop a sophisticated understanding of comparative law and/or of legal system, law and culture in jurisdictions other than any in which the student has already graduated.

To that end, each such student will be required to obtain no less than 24 of the units of credit required for the award of the Master of Laws degree or the Graduate Diploma from courses which the Associate Dean (Postgraduate) has authorised or approved in that student's case as part of such a program of study.
