Plan Outline

The specialisation in Computer Engineering is aimed at students with a solid computing background, who want to expand their technical skills and be exposed to the practice of project management and quality principles.
Student must complete 10 courses from the following:
  • Professional Development - 24uoc (4 courses)
  • Specialisation - Minimum 18uoc (3 courses)
  • Engineering Technical Management - Minimum 6uoc - Maximum 18uoc (1-3 courses)

Plan Structure

Professional Development Courses (24uoc)

The School of Computer Science and Engineering offers the following Professional Development courses for students who are not exempt for some Level 0 courses and wish to take some of the Faculty-based courses offered or co-offered by CSE. Provided that the requirements are met, students can elect any Level 0, 1, 2 and 3 courses from the School of Computer Science and Engineering. Pre-requisites apply, but students accepted in this program can be exempted from some Level 0 courses. Please refer to the school website for information on courses from Levels 0, 1, 2 and 3
