Plan Outline

The Graduate Diploma in Engineering Science may be obtained in Electrical Engineering.

Plan Structure

Students undertaking the Graduate Diploma in Engineering are required to take 6 courses (36UOC) from the courses set out a under the MEngSc in Electrical Engineering program plan information. As with the Masters, students may elect either to specialise in a particular area or to complete a more broadly based qualification.

Students may, with the approval of the Program Authority, take one course (6UOC) from a related coursework program. The option of undertaking a research project is not available to candidates of the Graduate Diploma.

Students at the Graduate Diploma level are expected to possess the foundation knowledge relevant to the particular areas of engineering they are studying.
