Description

This course focuses on sustainable management of the built environment. It covers strategic asset management from a sustainability/life cycle perspective and integration of sustainability criteria into project procurement, supply chain management, space planning / utilisation and the operational management and maintenance of buildings and facilities. The course introduces and critically examines a range of frameworks and tools to assess, report on and manage energy, water and waste, facilitate stakeholder engagement and address emerging greenhouse and energy compliance requirements.
