Description

Students graduating from the Master of Curating and Cultural Leadership should have the advanced knowledge and skills to develop, execute and evaluate innovative cultural projects such as exhibitions, screenings, discussions, performances, festivals, websites and site specific events. This course gives students the opportunity to consolidate their skills, gain valuable experience and build their professional repertoire through working on a cultural project in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Students will engage in weekly seminars that provide expert and peer support. Depending on intake and partnership opportunities this course may focus on individual self-generated projects and/or collaborative projects working to a brief. Seminars are structured to ensure students are clear about requirements, expectations and opportunities for success, and can confidently and independently complete their project.
