Description

This course covers development and evaluation of health programs and projects. The principles and concepts of project/program management and evaluation will be introduced. Needs assessment, analysis of program logic, and task breakdown techniques will be covered in project/program design. Approaches to program evaluation will be introduced. Participants will develop plans for monitoring, process evaluation and impact evaluation. Case studies will be used as teaching material.
