Description

Provides theoretical foundations for the translation/interpreting studies and professional practice. Focuses on techniques and skills necessary for translation/interpreting practice, includes selected aspects of translation theory, cross-cultural linguistics and cross-cultural communication relevant to translation/interpreting, interpreters' and translators' professional ethics and code of conduct.
