Social Worker/Case Worker

Description

Social workers assess the social needs of individuals and groups, and assist people to develop and use the skills and resources needed to resolve social and other problems. Social workers are sometimes known as case workers, as they are assigned to particular “cases”. A specialised example of this might be a child protection case worker.
